My name is Melissa, and I am honoured to accompany people on their journey to transform their lives. I am interested and passionate about many things in life, one of which is holistic health and wellness. I am an intuitive energy healer and a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Clinical Social Work. I inherently believe that individuals have the ability to heal themselves when provided the space to do so. I believe that it is my soul purpose to help individuals achieve their highest potential; physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and creatively. My unconditional positive regard, my genuineness and my empathetic understanding is the foundation for my ability to form a positive therapeutic relationship with people. I know that I am here to make a difference and I am blessed to have the opportunity to support and inspire individuals in this capacity. My great passion is helping people rediscover their soul and strengthen their core self through talk therapy and energetic healing. When I am not sharing that sacred space with you, I am out and about enjoying the simple things in life; spending time with family and friends, walking my dog, running in the river valley, playing a variety of sports, enjoying local farmers’ markets throughout the city, learning how to knit, and discovering the world of essential oils.
